Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Exam Center ("the Service"), operated by EDMISSION EXAM CENTER AI PRIVATE LIMITED, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Description of Service

Exam Center is an assessment and proctoring platform designed for educational institutions, certification bodies and employers to author, deliver, monitor and grade examinations.

User Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by your institution, and its administrators assign roles. To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into agreements.
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

Examination Outcomes

The Service produces detections, evidence and scores. It does not decide outcomes. Whether a candidate is flagged, penalised, failed or cleared is a decision made by your reviewers under your policy, and a candidate who disputes a result must raise it with the institution that ran the examination.

Subscription and Payment

Service subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. For candidate data your institution is the controller and we act as processor on its instructions.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Exam Center and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your examination content, candidate data and results remain yours.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Exam Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Proctoring detection is probabilistic and will not identify every instance of misconduct.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Communication

Email/SMS/RCS/WhatsApp/Call: When you voluntarily send us electronic mail or fill up the form, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, RCS Messages, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.
