What to expect, and what your rights are.
This page is for candidates, not for institutions buying the platform. Plain answers, no selling.
Before your exam
Open the link your institution sent you, on a device with a working browser. If proctoring is enabled you will be asked for camera, screen or microphone permission, and told so before you start. Nothing is installed.
During your exam
Your answers save as you move through the paper. If your connection drops, keep going — answers are held on your device and sent when you reconnect. The gap is recorded as a network event, not as cheating. If your tab crashes, reopen the link: you resume on the same question with the same clock.
What is monitored
It depends on the exam, and your institution decides. Where proctoring is on, it can include your camera, your screen, audio, and whether you leave the exam tab. You are told before you begin. There is no live video wall of people watching you.
If something goes wrong
Camera blocked: allow it in your browser’s address-bar permissions and reload. Tab crashed: reopen the same link. Link expired: contact your institution — only they can reissue it. For anything else, your institution is the right first stop; we cannot access your account or your result.
Your rights
A flag is not an accusation. Every case is read by a person before any decision is made. Decisions carry a recorded reason. If you disagree with one, you can appeal it through your institution, and the appeal is tracked to its own outcome.
